These are the terms for using OutingList. They are short on purpose. By using the site you agree to them.

What OutingList is

OutingList is one list of what is on in Atlanta. We read public event listings across the city and link back to each one, and people post their own. Events belong to their organizers.

Event details can change or be wrong: dates move, shows sell out, venues close. Check with the organizer or the original listing before you make plans or buy tickets. We are not the seller, host or organizer of any event listed here.

Your account

You are responsible for what is done with your account. Keep your sign-in secure, and give us accurate information.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service.

What you add

When you post an event, keep a public list or upload a picture, you give OutingList permission to display and distribute it on the service. It stays yours.

Only post what you have the right to share. No spam, no misleading listings, nothing illegal, no harassment and no sexually explicit material.

Using the service

Do not try to disrupt the service, get around its rate limits or its security, collect people’s data from it, or use it to send messages nobody asked for.

If a listing is yours

If a listing includes your content or your event and you want it changed or taken down, use “Is this your event or venue?” at the foot of its page, or write to hello@outinglist.com.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, OutingList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from events listed on the site, including cancellations, changes, or anything that happens at an event.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the date of the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
