Welcome to OutingList. These terms are short on purpose — by using the site you agree to them.

What OutingList is

OutingList aggregates publicly announced events (currently for Atlanta) into one searchable place. Events belong to their organizers; we point you to them.

Event details can change or be wrong — dates move, shows sell out, venues close. Always confirm with the organizer or the linked source before making plans or buying tickets. We are not the seller, host, or organizer of any listed event.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in method secure, and give us accurate information.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

Content you contribute

When you post an event, build a public list, or upload an image, you give OutingList permission to display and distribute that content on the service. You keep ownership of it.

Only post content you have the right to share. No spam, no misleading listings, no illegal content, no harassment, and no sexually explicit material.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits or security, scrape user data, or use the service to send unsolicited messages.

Organizer and rights-holder requests

If a listing includes your content or event and you want it corrected or taken down, email hello@outinglist.com. We respond quickly.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, OutingList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from events listed on the site — including cancellations, changes, or anything that happens at an event.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
